Pakistan tourist visa is required for citizens of United States of America.

Original, signed United States of America passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Proof of Residency. Copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address.

Personal Invitation. If visiting friends or family, you must provide letter of invitation with the contact information of the host and visitor, purpose and duration of the visit, confirmation of accommodation including the address, signature and date. You will also need to provide proof of the host's status in Pakistan ie. copy of their Pakistan passport's information page, or, if they are not a citizen of Pakistan, copies of their Pakistan residence permit and their national passport's information pages.

Tourist invitation. A letter of invitation from a tour operator in Pakistan. The tour operator must also provide a copy of its registration letter with the Ministry of Tourism in Pakistan.

Military supplemental form. Current and former military personnel must fill out the military service supplemental information form. This form is available here.

Passport Depot Fees

Please send COMPANY CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER made payable to “Passport Depot”. You may also pay this fee by CREDIT CARD by using the Customer Information Form.

Return Shipping Fee

To receive your passport for overnight return delivery, please add $49.00 (or $69.00 for Saturday delivery) to your check/money order or credit card payment to Passport Depot, or you may include your own Airbill with your FedEx Account number.

Letter of Invitation. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Business Letter. A business letter from either the sending company in the US or sponsoring company in Vietnam. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Vietnam, and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). Business letters from US companies should adhere to the following guidelines:

Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Vietnam.
Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. one year multiple entry business visa).
Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.

Business Invitation. An ORIGINAL business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Pakistan. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Pakistan, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:

Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Pakistan.
Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).

The company must also provide a copy of its business registration certificate.

Military supplemental form. Current and former military personnel must fill out the military service supplemental information form. This form is available here.
