Citizens of United States of America can obtain a visa on arrival for $25 USD for single entry.

Tourists arriving at Sharm El Sheikh, Saint Catherine or Taba airports and remaining in the Sinai resorts do not require a visa up to 15 days.

Egypt visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Jordan visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Original, signed United States of America passport. with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport Photo: 2. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Itinerary. A confirmed or reservation of the flight itinerary under the traveler's name. Must show flights entering and exiting Egypt.

Itinerary. For multiple entry requests you must submit a copy of your e-ticket or confirmed itinerary showing more than one entry into Egypt.

**Applicants who require pre-approval from Egypt prior to issuing their visas need to apply 4-6 weeks, before intended date of travel.

**Nationalities requiring pre-approval prior to the Consulate granting a visa are as follows: Eritrea, Ethiopia, Burundi, Rwanda, Liberia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Mali, Niger, Chad, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Palestine, Philippines, Lebanon – (ages 16 to 50 years old), Morocco, Mauritania, Nigeria, Tunis, Bosnia – ( of Egyptian Origin), Congo, Peoples Republic of China, Somalia, Algeria, Cyprus, Sudan, Thailand, Kosovo, Libya – (men ages 18 to 45 years old),Pakistan, Moldova – (Female ages 15 to 35 years old), Syria,Turkey.

Passport Depot Fees

Please send COMPANY CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER made payable to “Passport Depot”. You may also pay this fee by CREDIT CARD by using the Customer Information Form.

Return Shipping Fee

To receive your passport for overnight return delivery, please add $49.00 (or $69.00 for Saturday delivery) to your check/money order or credit card payment to Passport Depot, or you may include your own Airbill with your FedEx Account number.

Business Letter. A business letter from either the sending company in the US or sponsoring company in Vietnam. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Vietnam, and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). Business letters from US companies should adhere to the following guidelines:

Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Vietnam.
Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. one year multiple entry business visa).
Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel.
